Pegasus Air and Ground offers a ride-along program to system activators, including 911 communicators, EMTs, AEMTs, paramedics, nurses, and physicians within our service area. This program provides an opportunity to observe air medical operations firsthand. Participants will undergo a safety briefing upon arrival at the base and serve as observers on flights.
Note: The ride-a-long program is not open to students who are not system activators due to high demand.
The ride-along program is designed to provide a learning experience for personnel in fields related to Emergency Services, allowing them to gain knowledge about safe ground and air ambulance operations. Participation in the program does not guarantee a transport. Factors such as weather conditions may affect the availability of transports on requested dates.
