Thank you for your interest in our programs! For an application to be reviewed, we must have a completed ACPE application, references, and $50 non-refundable processing fee. (Potential supervisory education students, please call for a separate application.)
Please have each of your reference-givers send a completed reference form.
Applicants for residency and supervisory education will need to supply original academic transcripts. Applicants for internship do not need to supply transcripts.
For the non-refundable fee, check or money orders should be made payable to "UVAHS Chaplaincy." Please do not send cash.
